This is our
first staycation experience. Me and my husband, we were wearing "Matchy Matchy" outfit of the day. to have 2D1N
staycation at Best Western Premier The Hive in East Jakarta. It was a very nice
escape from the noise and rush of the busy Jakarta.
CHECKING-IN
We arrived
at 2pm and they helped us checking in. The lobby is located on 5th floor. We
went to our own room, put our luggage and stuffs, and taking picture before it
gets messy. Lol. Anyway, I'm wearing "Matchy Matchy" outfit of the
day. Yellow Jumpsuit from Tutuloph.
The hotel
has 6 types of room ; Superior Twin, Deluxe Twin, Deluxe Double, Super Deluxe,
Corner Suite, Junior Suite. We got Deluxe Double room which located in 12th
floor with views of the swimming pool area and the rest of the city. It has
sofa, minibar, a large flat screen tv, table to work at, wi-fi, deposit box,
bathroom with shower, hairdryer, toiletries, and comfy king-sized bed we slept
on.
P.S : I
recommend bringing your own travel-friendly products.
FACILITIES
After taking
a rest, I get ready for walking around. Also changed my outfit 😝 The pool is located on the 5th floor. Me and
my husband spend a little time to take some pictures, sit down, and relax.
There are two pools at the hotel with
different depths and size. I also brought a swimsuit but I didn't swim and
prefer to sightseeing.
Dinner is not included so we went out to look for food. Good thing, the hotel is linked to food court area called Wiki Wiki Wok Food Runway, so we don't need to walk out from hotel area.
The next morning, I woke up at 8 am. Get ready, get all dressed up, and put on some makeup. I wore a bathrobe from the hotel. This bathrobe is not available in hotel rooms but doesn't mean they don't have some, ones that are free if we just know what to ask for.

THE BREAKFAST
We
went to Heather Resto for breakfast at 9.30am. Restaurant located on the 5th
floor, they served Asian and International specialities. When we arrived there
were only a few types of food left as seen in the picture, so we can't take
many photos about food.
Actually so
many varieties of food and drinks but unfortunately the food is average, taste
not so good. Rate 2/5. What I like about Heather resto is; not too spacious but
full with natural light.
HOSPITALITY
Staff was
quick to respond to any request for items that were needed.
LOCATION
Conveniently
positioned in Cawang Bussiness District, close to the main highway linking the city
with Bandung and Bogor. Only 10 minutes from Halim Perdanakusuma Airport, and
near to shopping areas.
